Site Changes

Well I had plans to move this thing over to MTOS, that is on hold for a while. As promised, I have added a “Self Accumulator“. It needs some CSS love, that will come soon. Besides aggregating “me” it has allowed me significantly lighted up the sidebar.

Stopping the spam

OpenID

You can now sign in with an OpenID when you leave comments on the blog. Why did I added this? To do my little part to try and break some of the ID silos.
If you have a LiveJournal account you already have an OpenID account.

Blogrolling

Since I didn’t have enough to do helping keeping the Charleston Wiki running, now boasting a total of 320 pages and 51 users by the way, Brian drags me into the Lowcountry Blogroll(LBR), another community project of Butterfat, LLC.
I guess the blogroll has already served a purpose however, by allowing me to find Jared’s blog.

Frank has a new blog

Noticed that Frank made his first post to his new and hopefully now only, blog I helped him setup. I’m hoping he’ll keep us informed of all his new adventures.

Making the break

First some changes….
After long consideration, I’ve decided to leave Livejournal and host this blog myself. For everyone(all 2 of you) that read my blog on LJ, I’ll continue to cross post for a while and get around to customizing this WP install eventually but, unlike LJ, at least I can customize.
